Closed Beta

Kete Closed Beta — Expressions of Interest

Kete is currently in closed beta.

We're inviting a small group of technically capable teams and individuals to help us test Kete in real-world development environments, provide feedback, and help shape its future direction.

What the beta is for

The beta is intended to:

  • Test Kete against real internal codebases and workflows
  • Evaluate usefulness, accuracy, and rule enforcement in practice
  • Gather telemetry and feedback to improve weighting, validity, and design
  • Identify gaps and edge cases before general availability

You are encouraged to test Kete on actual working projects — this is essential for meaningful feedback.

What the beta is not for

The beta is not intended for:

  • Customer-facing or production use
  • Powering live services or SaaS offerings
  • Embedding Kete into products or offerings delivered to third parties
  • Commercial resale or redistribution
  • Creating long-term operational dependencies on Kete

Kete is experimental. Beta access is temporary and revocable.

How access works

  • Access is granted on a case-by-case basis
  • Participants must agree to a Beta Evaluation Agreement
  • Access is time-limited (typically 3–6 months)
  • Continued use after the beta will require a separate commercial agreement

Telemetry and feedback

Participation requires enabling product telemetry, which helps us understand:

  • How features are used
  • Where rules succeed or fail
  • How weighting and enforcement should evolve

We aim to aggregate and anonymize telemetry where possible, and we do not claim ownership of your underlying code or data.

We also welcome:

  • Bug reports
  • Design feedback
  • Suggestions and critiques

Open source and transparency

Some components related to Kete (such as Arai) will be released under open-source licenses.

The beta program, however, applies to Kete as a whole, which is not open source.

Who should apply

You're a good fit if you:

  • Work with real, non-trivial codebases
  • Are comfortable evaluating experimental tooling
  • Want to influence the direction of a foundational system early
  • Understand this is a pre-commercial, collaborative phase

Register your interest

If selected, we'll follow up with access details and the beta agreement.
